Mango Breeze

Yields 1 large cocktail, scales geometrically.

  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • ½ cup mango puree
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 3 ounces reposado tequila
  • Tropical fruits for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with a good amount of ice. Stir or gently shake until ice cold. Strain into a highball with ice chunks. Garnish with as much fruit as you can fit on a skewer.
