This is a warm-weather cocktail if there ever was one. It's not at all fussy, only uses a few ingredients, and is low-alcohol — so you can drink more. The quantities aren't so important, it's the combination of flavors that really matters.
- Highball glass
- Crushed Ice
- Sparkling pear beverage or soda
- Peach Schnapps
- Angostura bitters
- Fill a Highball glass halfway with crushed ice. Fill with sparkling pear beverage about halfway. Add 2 to 3 shots Peach Schnapps, then 8 to 10 dashes Angostura bitters. Stir well and serve with a straw.
