Poma-Poma Punch

This punch is as refreshing as it is pretty. What's more, it's easy to remix with your favorite alcohols and amenable to all sorts of flavor combinations. With so few ingredients, try to find the best quality juices, alcohols, and garnishes you can.

Yields 12 to 16 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 750 milliliters sparkling red grape juice
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • Lemon Slices, to garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently to combine. Garnish with lemon slices at the last minute or they'll turn purple.

Poma-rol variation: To a glass, add 1½ ounces Aperol and a dash of Angostura bitters.

Southern Poma variation: To a glass, add 1½ ounces brandy and ½ ounce peach schnapps.

South of the Poma variation: In a glass, muddle half of a lime, quartered, with 1½ ounces Tequila Blanco.
